Comments
Adiponectin receptor 2 (AdipoR2) is an integral membrane protein with seven transmembrane domains with an internal N-terminus and an external C-terminus. AdipoR2 is highly conserved among species and expressed mainly in the liver and skeletal muscle. Expression of AdipoR2 in the brain correlates with brain development and size in mice.
